摘　　要：基于观看2017年世界女排大奖赛中国队比赛录像和查阅资料,以新视野对中国队进行观察分析,中国女排的技术亮点是高点强攻技术稳定性、应变技能、跳发球威力强等,不足方面有扣球力度不够、比赛中换人不当、所选的新人技术不强等。建议中国女排强化手腕基本功训练,建议管理部门采取统一技术水平测试并结合青年队比赛个人数据来选拔新队员,着力培养20岁左右的新二传手。Based on watching the video and consulting information of Chinese team in 2017 World Women＇s Volleyball Grand Prix,this paper analyzes the Chinese women＇s volleyball team with new horizons.From the analysis,the technical highlights of Chinese team include the steady high power attack,strong strain capacity and powerful jump serve; the shortcomings are insufficient strength of spike, improper substitution during the game and weak technique of chosen new players. The paper suggests that volleyball players strengthen the wrist training, that management adopt uniformed technique test and select new players associated with their personal data in fore matches,that coaches cultivate intensively the 20-year-around new setters.
