摘　　要：高校的基础课程是大学生的必修课,对大学生人生观、价值观、世界观的形成有着初步的塑造作用,对道德素质的形成也有巨大的影响。然而,现在这门课程的法律实践却面临着严峻的挑战,因此,如何深化思修课的教学改革,帮助学生树立起良好的法制观念,使得高校基础课能达到复合型人才培养的目的,是高校基础课未来思考和努力的方向。The basic courses in colleges and universities are compulsory courses for college students. They have a preliminary shaping role in the formation of college students＇ outlook on life,values and world outlook, and have a great influence on the formation of moral quality. However, now the legal practice of the basic course is facing grim challenge, therefore, how to deepen the teaching reform of basic courses, to help students establish a good legal concept, the basic courses in colleges and universities can achieve the objective of cultivating talents, is the future direction of thinking and basic courses in colleges and universities.
