摘　　要：某湖泊滞洪区内居民生活工作活动频繁,安全工程的建设将极大影响相关单位和个人的生产、生活。合理有效地开展环境影响评价公众参与工作,能让更多公众行使对建设项目环境决策的参与权、表达权、监督权。本文重点论述了该工程环境工作中公众参与调查对象的选择,分析样本的代表性,为环评工作公众参与可靠性、公平性提供依据。The living and working activities of residents within the lake detention basin in this paper is frequent, so safety project construction will greatly affect the production and living of the relevant units and individuals. Reasonable and effective public participation in environmental impact assessment allows more people to exercise their right of participation, expression and supervision in environmental decision-making. This paper focuses on the respondent selection for public participation in the environmental work of the project, analyzes the representation of samples, and provides a basis for the reliability and fairness of public participation in environmental assessment.
