摘  要:为了实施BZ34-1至BZ28-2S海底输气管道22 d改输原油,对该海底管道进行水力热力和结构强度校核,判断其由输气改输原油后的适应能力。结果表明,海底输气管道改输原油后最大输油量为2050 m^3/d,此时出口温度为16.7℃,低于BZ34-1油田原油凝固点,需要加注降凝剂使原油凝固点不高于13℃,以满足海底管道安全输送规范要求;在操作压力不超过2.7 MPa、操作温度不超过60℃时,海底输气管道改输原油后操作及水压试验工况与水击工况的结构强度均满足规范要求,具备安全使用条件。In order to transport switchover crude oil for 22 day through submarine gas pipeline from BZ34-1 to BZ28-2 S,thermo-hydraulic and structural strength checking of the submarine pipeline has been implemented,judging its adaptability after transportation switchover crude oil. The results show that the maximal transportation of the submarine pipeline is 2050 m^3/d after transportation switchover crude oil,at the moment,the outlet temperature is 16. 7 ℃,lower than pour point of crude oil in BZ34-1 oilfield,pour point depressants need be injected into the submarine pipeline to make pour point of crude oil not more than 13 ℃,so as to meet safety transportation standard requirement of submarine pipeline; when operation pressure is not more than 2. 7 MPa and operation temperature is not more than 60 ℃ after transportation switchover crude oil,structural strength of the submarine pipeline on operation and hydrostatic test conditions and on water hammer condition both meet standard requirement,meeting the safety application conditions.
