摘　　要：目的研究过敏性哮喘患儿采用粉尘螨滴剂舌下SLIT治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月至2015年12月接诊的76例过敏性哮喘患儿,将其分为两组。常规治疗38例作为对照组,粉尘螨滴剂舌下SLIT治疗38例作为观察组,观察血清免疫学指标和肺功能的变化,比较哮喘症状评分。结果治疗后,两组患儿TIg E、Slg G4、ECP指标明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05);PEF、FEV1/FVC指标明显提高,差异显著(P<0.05);哮喘日间评分、夜间评分明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组指标改善和症状评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予过敏性哮喘患儿粉尘螨滴剂SLIT治疗效果突出,有利于调节免疫状态、改善肺功能,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of SLIT with dermatophagoides sublingual drops on serum immunological index in treatment of children with allergic asthma. Methods 76 children with allergic asthma from January 2014 to December 2015 were divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given dermatophagoides sublingual drops SLIT therapy. The change of serum immuno-logical index and lung function, and asthma symptom score were compared. Results After treatment, their TIgE, SlgG4, and ECP index decreased significantly （P〈0. 05）. PEF and FEV1/FVC was significantly improved （P〈0. 05）. Their daytime and night asthma score decreased significantly （P〈0. 05）. Each index and symptom score of the observation group were better than those of the control group （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion SLIT with dermatopha-goides sublingual drops has significant effect in treatment of children with allergic asthma, which can regulate the im-mune state, improve lung function, and is worthy of promotion.
