CBA优秀内外中锋球员攻防技术能力的比较研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计等方法,对CBA优秀的内外中锋攻守能力进行了比较分析,其结果表明:(1)CBA国内中锋的身体形态指标克托莱指数尽管与外援中锋未产生明显的差异,但缺乏对抗能力和攻击力;(2)国内中锋在掩护和策应配合中,执行的效率不及外援中锋,队友之间默契程度不够;(3)国内中锋球员的篮板球意识不足能力欠缺,篮下的攻守对抗不强,缺乏侵略性.建议:国内中锋球员必须着重加强速度、力量、灵敏的训练,增强对抗能力,扩大攻守区域.Adopting document method,video files study and mathematical statistics method,this paper studies the individual defense and attack techniques of CBA outstanding inside and outside linebacker,and the results show that:( 1) there are apparent differences between the body shape index and Quetelet index of CBA domestic and foreign center forwards. Domestic center forwards lack of defensive ability and attack force;( 2) domestic center forwards are bad at covering teammates,and have low execution effective and understanding between teammates;( 3)domestic center forwards do not have enough consciousness of backboard rebound and the ability of offensive and defensive combat in the basket,lacking aggressiveness. So this paper recommends we should strengthen domestic center forwards' training of speed,strength,and sensitivity,enhance players' resistance capability,and expand the area of offensive and defensive.
