摘 要:本研究选择生长在由13年和31年林龄的人工梭梭林形成的近似长方形的间隔区中的泡泡刺(Nitraria sphaerocarpa)、柠条(Caragana korshinskii)和沙拐枣(Calligonum mongolicum)三种荒漠植物为研究对象,分析了三种植物叶片及其土壤环境中N、P化学计量特征.研究结果表明,三种植物叶片N、P含量及N∶P整体均值分别为(30.78±5.69)mg·g^(-1)、(1.66±0.19)mg·g^(-1)和(18.20±1.68)mg·g^(-1);三种植物的建立均显著提高了土壤的N和P含量,土壤N、P及N∶P的整体均值分别为(0.30±0.03)mg·g^(-1)、(0.60±0.01)mg·g^(-1)和(0.50±0.05)mg·g^(-1),单个物种叶片及土壤中N、P含量及N∶P的大小均表现为泡泡刺>柠条>沙拐枣;叶片N、P含量和N∶P与相应的土壤N、P含量和N∶P均呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.05),且由叶片N∶P和土壤N∶P得出的内稳性值大于1。上述研究表明,该区域生长的植物受到土壤P的限制,而三种植物对限制性元素和土壤N、P的响应不同,体现了不同功能群植物之间不同的营养利用方式和生态位的互补.此外,三种植物组成的系统具有相对较高的内稳性,这为人工梭梭林种植初期采用较小种植密度提供了科学依据.Taking Nitraria sphaerocarpa,Caragana korshinskii and Calligonum mongolicum that growth in the transitional zone of the artificial Haloxylon ammodendron between 13-year-age and 31-year-age as study subjects,leaf and soil nitrogen and phosphorus of the three plants were analyzed. Results showed that the integral average content of leaf N,P and the ratio of N: P were( 30. 78 ± 5. 69) mg·g^(-1),( 1. 66 ± 0. 19) mg·g^(-1) and( 18. 20 ± 1. 68) mg·g^(-1),respectively. The integral average content of soil N,P and the ratio of N: P were( 0. 30 ± 0. 03) mg·g^(-1),( 0. 60 ± 0. 01) mg·g^(-1) and( 0. 50 ± 0. 05) mg·g^(-1),respectively. From the species aspects,the comparison of the same nutrition of the three vegetations was Nitraria sphaerocarpa > Caragana korshinskii > Calligonum mongolicum,whether it in leaf or soil. All the nutrition in leaf had significant positive correlation with these in soil and the homeostatic value of N: P was bigger than 1. Those results indicated that the plants in this research region was limited by P and different plant has different strategy to utilize the limitation nutrition and adapt the special environment. Meanwhile,the stronger stability of the three plants provided scientific basis for the initial period plantation of Halxylon ammodendron with smaller plantation density.
