短期使用呋喃妥因治疗老年急性下尿路感染的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价呋喃妥因治疗老年急性下尿路感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法:随机选取2014年3月~2015年7月,我院62例老年急性下尿路感染患者,给予呋喃妥因治疗,50mg,口服,6h/次,疗程3d,观察其临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:纳入本研究的62名老年患者,使用呋喃妥因治疗,痊愈52例,显效9例,无效1例,总有效率98.39%。不良反应发生率8.06%,均为胃肠道反应。结论:呋喃妥因治疗老年急性下尿路感染有良好的临床疗效,不良反应轻微,方便、经济,可作为治疗老年急性下尿路感染的首选药物。Objective： To review clinical efficacy and safety profile of furadantin treatment on acute lower urinar- ytractinfection of enterococcui in old people. Method To collect the 62 old patients who had acute lower urinary tract infection from March 2016 to July 2016. 62 old patients with using furadantin orally and the dose of drug is 300mg/d,the course of treatment is 3d. Result Among 62 old patients, clinical effective rate of furadantin trea-ting is 98. 39% and adverse effect rate is 8. 06%. Conclusion ; furadantin is effective with fewer side - effects in the treatment of acute lower urinary tract infection in old people and can be used as the first choice drugs for the treatment of the acute lower urinarytractinfection in Aged population.
