摘 要:针对国产高速经编机与国外设备相比运动精度、稳定性和可靠性较差等亟待提高的难题,考虑基本尺寸误差和运动副间隙误差两种因素,建立高速经编机槽针机构运动精度可靠度求解的精确解析方程式。以极坐标系代替x-y坐标系来表示销轴中心在间隙圆内位置,导出销轴中心在运动副间隙圆中的分布函数,计算三种不同类型杆的有效杆长。使用MATLAB软件进行可靠度计算,定量分析了杆长误差和运动副间隙对槽针机构运动精度可靠性的影响程度,为提高槽针机构的运动精度可靠性提供了依据。Compared with foreign equipments, the kinematics accuracy, stability and reliability of domestic high-speed warp knitting machines are terrible and need to be improved. Considering two errors including dimension errors and clearances of hinged joints, the precise analytic equation for the solution of kinematics accuracy reliability of needle mechanism of high-speed warp knitting machines was established. Using the polar coordinate system to represent the position of the pin center in the gap insteadof pin center in the gap circle. The calculation formulas of three types of effective lengths were derived. Using MATLAB software calculate the reliability, the quantitative analysis of theoretical length errors and the hinge joint-clearance show the influence on output kinematic accuracy reliability of needle mechanism. The present method provide some reference value to improve reliability.
