摘　　要：大学生创业是市场经济发展的产物,也是顺乎时代发展和大学教育要求的行为。文章在对创新创业内涵与特征解读的基础上,概述了大学生创新创业能力培养的理论与现实意义,通过大学生创新创业能力现状的分析,提出了相应对策。In pace with the growth of market -oriented economy, trend of the times and college education, graduate enterprise benefit a lot from the above development. Based on the analysis of connotation and characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper outlines and practical significance for training such kind of ability. Besides, counter-measures are presented on the basis of the analysis of entrepreneurship ability status quo.
