摘　　要：专业实习是公共管理专业实践教学的核心内容和关键环节。文章运用比较分析的研究方法,通过对国内目前公共管理专业主要实习模式的详尽梳理,在比较分析各种专业实习模式优缺点的基础上,提出了合并短学期实习与毕业实习、全过程改造体验型实习、政校合作共建开放式实习基地等针对现有专业实习模式短板的优化路径。Professional practice is the core content and key link of practical cultivation of public management. Based on the comparative analysis of the main practice modes of the domestic public management, this paper put forward some optimized paths on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various professional practice modes, such as combining the short term practice and graduation practice, the whole process transformation, building open practice bases between governments and schools, etc.
