摘　　要：XXX-8井是印尼SeleRaya油田施工的一口探井,钻进至井深658m时发生井喷失控,喷出物为气体及细砂,井喷后发生着火,将井架、钻机及井场其他附属设备全部烧毁。为了实现压井作业,根据现场勘察及地质情况分析,设计XXX-8R泄压井进行救援,救援井设计四开,要求导管、表层套管、技术套管全部使用水泥封固,并且保证套管尺寸及下深安全可靠。利用地磁导向技术,进行定向钻进,当新老井眼连通的时候,对井喷井进行救援压井施工,最后通过5次封固实现对井喷井地层及新井井眼进行封固,历时75d宣告压井成功。Well XXX-8was an exploration well of Seleraya Oilfield in Indonesian,when it was drilled at 658 m,a blowout happened,sand and fine sand were ejected,and it was on fire after the blowout,the drilling rig,derrick and others equipment in the field were burned out.In order to kill the well,according to survey location and geology analysis result,it was designed that the XXX-8Rrelief well was used for relief,The relief well is designed for four times of spud-in,it was required that conductor,surface casing,intermediate casing were sealed with cement to guarantee the safety and reliability of casing size and setting depth.A geomagnetic guidance technology is used for directional drilling,when the new wellbore meets the old one,killing operation is performed.Finally through 5times of plugging operation,the stratum of blowout well and new borehole are sealed,the total relief operation takes 75 days for a successful well killing.
