摘  要:高原地区空气稀薄,对油田使用的燃气加热炉燃烧传热造成很大影响。通过建立典型燃气加热炉燃烧传热模型,对不同海拔高度加热炉燃烧传热过程进行数值模拟,研究海拔对加热炉性能的影响。同时提出多种高海拔高度条件下加热炉燃烧调节方案,并进行了加热炉燃烧传热模拟研究。计算出不同海拔高度下加热炉运行参数变化趋势,制定出不同调节方法,对于不同的生产要求设计出相应的加热炉运行模式,解决了高原油田燃气加热炉科学调度问题,为高原油田加热炉的优化运行提供了理论基础。In the plateau areas air was thin,it would seriously affect the burning and heat transmission in the heating furnace used in oilfields.A typical combustion heat transfer model for heating furnace was established,numerical simulation was carried out on the combustion and heat transfer process of heating furnace at different altitudes,and the influence of altitude on the performance of heating furnace was studied.At the same time,combustion regulation schemes of heating furnace under various high altitudes were proposed,and heat transfer simulation of the reheating furnace was studied.The change trend of operation parameters was calculated at different altitudes,and different regulation methods were developed for different production requirements for designing a corresponding heating furnace mode,by which the problem of scientific gas heating furnace scheduling in plateau oilfields was solved.It provides a theoretical basis for the optimal operation of the heating furnace in plateau oilfields.
