改良型一次性无菌屏障手术巾在预防导管相关血流感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良型一次性无菌屏障手术巾在预防导管相关血流感染(CRBSI)中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年1月~2016年12月入住我院SICU2科行中心静脉穿刺置管的患者406例,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用改良型一次性无菌屏障手术巾覆盖法,对照组采用传统多块无菌巾覆盖法,比较两组患者CRBSI的发生率及医护人员对改良型一次性无菌屏障手术巾的使用评价。结果:观察组患者CRBSI发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),铺巾时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统多块无菌巾覆盖法相比,改良型一次性无菌屏障手术巾能有效降低CRBSI发生率。操作简便易行,并能有效缩短中心静脉穿刺置管的铺巾时间,提高抢救成功率,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the application effect of modified disposable sterile barrier operation towel in prevention of catheter-related bloodstream infection（ CRBSI）. Methods： A total of 406 patients who underwent central venipuncture and catheterization at the SICU2 department of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with modified disposable sterile barrier operation towel,and the control group was treated with traditional multiple sterile barrier operation towel. The incidence of CRBSI in the two groups and the evaluation of medical staff toward the modified disposable sterile barrier operation towel were compared. Results： The incidence of CRBSI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The time of operation towel application in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Compared with the traditional multiple sterile barrier operation towels cover method,the modified disposable sterile barrier operation towel can effectively reduce the incidence of CRBSI. It is easy to operate,and can effectively shorten the towel time of central venipuncture and catheterization,which can improve the success rate of rescue. It is worthy of clinical application.
