摘  要:金属定子与等壁厚橡胶定子螺杆泵作为一种最新的便捷式采油装备,其理论分析已经成熟,对定子加工工艺日益完善。通过三维软件分别建立金属定子与等壁厚橡胶定子的三维模型,用有限元软件对两种定子在均匀压力作用下的变形、应力及剪应变进行分析,来对比两种不同材料下的螺杆泵定子的性能。通过有限元分析结果表明金属定子比等壁厚橡胶定子具有更好的密封性、更均匀的受力分布、更小的应力变化和更小的剪切应变,同时采用有限元方法优化螺杆泵,提高螺杆泵的工作性能。bThe screw pump with metal stator and the wall thickness rubber stator as a kind of new production equipment,the theoretical analysis is mature and the stator processing technology is feasible.In this article,The metal stator and the wall thickness rubber stator 3D model were established by three-dimensional software.To compare two statores performs,two kinds of stator stress,strain,shear strain were analyzed by using this software.Results showed that the metal stator had better sealing ability,more uniform stress distribution,more smaller stress variation and shear strain than that of the rubber stator.Meanwhile,the screw pump work efficiency is improved by optimized design.
