摘 要:以六段辊为例,对多辊轧机的芯轴式分段辊的刚度和强度进行了研究。根据材料力学原理推导出各支撑轴的支反力表达式,并对轧辊进行强度校核。建立多段辊三维模型,模拟分析轧辊应力分布,得到最大应力为82.99 MPa。计算结果与模拟结果误差约为2.25%,说明支反力表达式可用于求解工程范围内的各尺寸的分段辊刚度和强度问题,且对辊身直径的确定和轴承号的选择提供了依据。In this paper,the stiffness and strength of the core axis split roller of multi-roll mill were studied.The reaction force of each supporting shaft was deduced,according to the principle of material mechanics,to check the roller out.A three-D model was established to simulate the stress distribution of the roller,it got a Max.stress of 82.99 MPa.The error between calculation results and simulation results was about 2.25%,which showed that it could solve the stiffness and strength issues of project within the scope.It provides evidence for the selection of bearing number and roll diameter.
