扩张型排气管偏置对旋风分离器分离性能的影响

摘  要:用RNG k-ε模型和DPM模型研究了扩张型排气管偏置对旋风分离器分离性能的影响,同时对-400目的304不锈钢合金粉末进行了分离试验,采用SEM对分离前后的合金粉末进行了表面微观形貌分析。结果表明:对于不同粒径的固体颗粒,不同的排气管偏置量对旋风分离器分离效率具有显著的影响;偏置量为(X-1,Y-1)时有利于粒径较小(≤6μm)的固体颗粒的分离;偏置量为(X+5,Y+5)时有利于粒径较大(>6μm)的固体颗粒的分离;成功的将粒径小于38μm的304不锈钢合金原粉分离成两部分(粒径14~38μm和粒径<14μm),为进一步分离其他合金粉末具有实用参考意义。The renormalization group(RNG) k-ε model and discrete phase method(DPM) were used for simulation of expansion vortex finder skewing on cyclone separation efficiency. The 304 stainless steel alloy powder(dp≤38μm) were separated, and microstructure of the alloy powder was investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that the skewing size of expansion vortex finder has a significant influence on the separation efficiency of the cyclone separator for different diameter of solid particles; when the size of skewing is(X-1, Y-1), it's favor for the fine particles(dp6μm) separation; when the size of skewing is(X+5, Y+5), it's favor for the coarse particles(dp≥6μm) separation. When the inlet velocity is 1 m/s, 304 stainless steel alloy powders(dp≤38μm) were successful separated to two section(14~38 μm and 14μm) in cyclone, which expansion vortex finder skewing is(X+5, Y+5). It is significance for further separation of other alloy powder.
