摘  要:在长玻纤增强聚丙烯加工过程中,聚丙烯基料的各种成分在材料的成型与使用过程中发挥着不同的作用,调整聚丙烯树脂配方是改善长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料力学性能的有效手段。通过调整聚丙烯树脂种类以及相容剂的用量,研究了聚丙烯基料的抗冲击性能、流动性对材料最终的力学性能的影响,并且对相容剂的合理用量也进行了初步研究。结果表明,聚丙烯树脂的流动性以及相容剂的用量对长玻纤增强聚丙烯的力学性能影响突出,而聚丙烯树脂的抗冲击性能对长玻纤增强聚丙烯的抗冲击性能影响较小。In the production of long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, various components of polypropylene resin matrix has played a different role in mold process and during the use process. Adjusting the polypropylene resin formula is an effective approach to improve mechani-cal properties of long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene. In this paper, through the adjust-ment of polypropylene resin type and the content of compatibilizer, we studied the effect of poly-propylene anti-impact capability and fluidity on the mechanical properties of the final materials, and the rational content of compatibilizer has also been studied. The results show that the flui-dity of polypropylene resin and the content of compatibilizer has great influence on the mechanical properties of long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene. However, the anti-impact ability of poly-propylene resin has little influence on the impact resistance of long glass fiber reinforced poly-propylene.
