摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,蒙脱土(MMT)作为无机组分,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)作为交联剂,过硫酸钾(K2S2O8)为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了AA-AM共聚/蒙脱土复合吸水材料。考察了不同丙烯酸中和度、交联度和MMT用量对复合材料的性能影响。通过性能测试和数据分析得出了最佳合成条件是:反应体系温度为70℃,交联剂质量分数为0.05%,丙烯酸中和度70%,MMT质量分数为7%。在最佳合成条件下得到的产物纯水吸收倍率为1 256.73g/g,生理盐水吸收倍率为90.60g/g。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和热失重(TGA)等分析方法对合成产物进行了分析评价。In this research, the AA-AM copolymer/ montmorillonite composite absorbent mate-rial was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization, using acrylamide (AM) and acrylic acid (AA) as monomers, montmorillonite(MMT) as inorganic component, N ,N-methylene bisacry- lamide (NMBA) as a crosslinking agent and potassium persulfate(K2S2〇s ) as the initiator. The influence of neutralization degree of acrylic acid, the amount of cross-linking agent and amount of MMT were studied to optimize the preparation condition. The optimized reaction conditions of the AA-AM copolymer/ montmorillonite composite were as follows : reacted at 70 〇 C , NMBA0.05%, neutralization degree of acrylic acid 70 %, MMT 7 %. The absorbencies of the best sample thus synthesized can be up to 1 256. 73 g/g in distilled water and 90. 60 g/g in saline solution. Many analysis methods such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR ) , scanning electronic microscope (SEM) , X ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were employed to evaluate the performance of the resin.
