摘　　要：植物提取物中含有丰富的生物碱、皂苷、多糖、多酚、挥发油等多种活性成分,作为饲料添加剂具有增强动物机体免疫、调节代谢等多重生理功能,且无药物残留和耐药性等特点,是理想的饲用抗生素替代品。本文从促进肠道健康、调节机体免疫、抗氧化、激素调控、动物瘤胃发酵和抗应激等方面阐述植物提取物在健康养殖中的替代抗生素作用。As a kind of animal feed additive,natural plant extracts with various bioactive ingredients,including alkaloid,saponin,polysaccharide,polyphenols,volatile oils,、etc,are ideal substitutes of antibiotics.They have the function of improving animal immunity and regulating the physiological metabolism.At the same time,natural plant extracts have no drug residues and drug resistance.This paper focuses on the promoting intestinal health,regulating immunity,antioxidation,hormone stimulation,anti-stress and rumen fermentation to explore the regulation mechanism of the natural plant extracts in healthy breeding.
