摘  要:为了研究碎石土地层大口径圆形顶管施工引起的土体变形规律,建立了5组二维计算模型,拟合给出了适用于圆形断面的沉降带宽度计算公式和竖向应力公式.基于日照市沭水东调顶管工程,对碎石土段外径为4.14m的顶管施工过程进行了三维数值动态模拟.将数值仿真及理论计算结果和Peck经验公式计算数据对比分析,验证了数值模型的正确性.研究表明:碎石土地层顶管周围2D范围内土体扰动明显,推进面前后均出现沉降,后方较前方沉降幅度大.To study the deformation characteristics of soil during jacking large diameter circular pipes in the gravel stratum,five sets of two-dimensional calculation models are established.The calculation formula of the settlement band width and vertical stress for the circular section are derived.A three-dimensional numerical dynamic analysis of the construction process of a pipe with a diameter of 4.14 meters is conducted based on the diversion tunnel project in Rizhao By comparing the numerical results with the theoretical calculation formula and the Peck empirical formula,the validity of the numerical model is verified.The results show that the soil disturbance in the gravel stratum is obvious within a distance twice the diameter.The settlement appears in the front and back of the advancing surface and the latter is larger than the former.
