摘  要:电导率检测在冷却循环水系统中有关键性的意义,它可揭示水循环系统中结垢的速度与水质利用率.针对敞开式冷却循环水系统,设计了一套高精度水质检测仪系统,介绍了其传感器模块,提出了利用比较测量法提高电导率测量的稳定性,抑制内部产生的误差和外部的部分干扰,通过去极值平均滤波、一阶惯性滤波方法来减少测量误差,从而得到了一个高精度的电导率检测系统.The conductivity detecting plays a crucial role in the cooling water circulation system,it directly affect the scale velocity and evaluate the water resources utilization ratio.for the open cooling circulating water system,the high-precision conductivity detecting instrument is designed.According to the requirement of the cooling water circulation system,propose the main detecting contents.According to the basic working principle of the sensor,introduce the design of hardware circuit.Then use the comparison measurement method to eliminate the error caused by internal system and partial interference from the exterior environment.Finally analysis the error of digital signal,than use the abandon extremum average filter and the first-order inertia filter to reduce the errors and the fluctuation,promote the accuracy and the stability.
