基于空间句法的传统商业街区更新研究--以青岛市中山路历史街区为例

摘　　要：传统商业街区是一座城市历史文化的重要见证者.以青岛市中山路历史街区为例,引入空间句法的理论,通过对其空间形态的定量分析,解读其空间特征并归纳分析问题产生的根源,对青岛市中山路历史街区的更新策略提出合理的建议,以期对传统商业街区的更新改造活动提供有价值的理论依据,使其特色历史文化得到充分的发挥,商业经济效益得到大的提升.The traditional commercial district is an important witness to the city’ s history and culture. Therefore,the historical block of Zhongshan Road in Qingdao is selected in the pa-per; and the quantitative analysis towards the spatial form of Zhongshan Road by integrating the theory of space syntax is made to interpret the spatial feature,conclude and analyze the root of the problems with the rational suggestions for upgrading and optimizing the historical district of Qingdao Zhongshan Road proposed. The culture and history of traditional and his-torical district can be carried forward？ and the economic benefit of the business gets promo-ted as providing the valuable theoretical basis for upgrading and optimizing traditional com-mercial district.
