摘　　要：通过对国内外图书馆联盟的类型分析、用户对信息和联盟服务的需求以及用户满意度调查。针对用户的需求情况,以高校图书馆联盟为中心,对我国高校图书馆从基层到地区性到全国乃至国际的联盟模式构建,进行了初步探索,提出了几个构想。This paper analyzed the type of library association at home and abroad and investigated the demand and satisfaction of users on the information and association service. Focusing on user demand and university library association,this paper put forward some conception by studying association model construction of grass-root and regional university library in China and in the world.
