摘 要:针对云南省某低品位铜硫矿矿石的特点,采用优先浮选铜工艺进行选矿试验。试验条件在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占80%情况下采用"一次粗选、二次精选及三次扫选"优先浮选铜流程,硫回路同样采用"一次粗选、二次精选、三次扫选"浮硫流程。在条件探索试验的基础上,经闭路试验最终获得选矿指标为:铜精矿品位20.31%,铜回收率80.46%;硫精矿硫品位45.3%,硫回收率90.35%;同时金和银也得到了一定程度的富集。According to the characteristics of a low grade copper sulfide ore in Yunnan province,a process of preferential flotation of copper minerals was adopted. The test condition on grinding fineness was 80%-0. 074 mm,the process of preferential flotation of copper included one-stage roughing,two-stage cleaning and three-stage scavenging,the sulfur circuit also included one-stage roughing,two-stage cleaning and three-stage scavenging. The locked-cycle test obtained two final products with following beneficiation indicators: a copper concentrate with copper grade of 20. 31%,recovery of 80. 46%; and a sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 45. 3%,recovery of90. 35%; gold and silver also had a certain degree of enrichment in the products.
