CT引导^(125)I粒子植入治疗胰腺癌的护理观察

摘　　要：目的总结CT引导^(125)I粒子植入治疗胰腺癌的护理要点。方法对17例行CT引导^(125)I粒子手术的胰腺癌患者进行全面细致的护理,包括术前健康教育及术后并发症护理与观察,并进行总结。结果^(125)I粒子植入术后,患者疼痛症状得到明显改善,NRS平均分由4分降至1分。出现并发症者8例,其中:恶心、呕吐1例,穿刺所致的疼痛2例,发热3例,低血糖1例,胰漏1例,1例出现术中血压升高,经过处理后缓解。结论 CT引导^(125)I粒子植入治疗胰腺癌可有效缓解患者的疼痛,术后做好患者病情观察与并发症护理是治疗成功的重要举措。Objective To summarize the nursing points of CT guided radioactive seed 1251 implantation treatment in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods A total of 17 patients with pancreatic cancer were treated with 1251 seeds implantation, received comprehensive nursing including preoperative health education and the nursage of complication. Results The mean pain score re-lieved from 4 to 1 after treatment. Complications occurred in 8 patients, including 1 patients with nausea and vomiting, 1 patient with pancreatic leakage, 2 cases had pain, fever was observed in 3 patients. Additionally, 1 case experienced hypertension during operation. Conclusion CT guided radioactive seed 1251 implantation has good clinical effects in treatment of pancreatic cancer. It is safe and effective to relieve pain, and nursing and observation of complications during the operation is critical to the success of the treatment.
