摘　　要：基于国内外输尿管软镜的发展状况,综合输尿管软镜及其辅助设备的改进结果,分析输尿管软镜在复杂性上尿路结石的治疗情况,归纳了目前输尿管软镜治疗复杂性上尿路结石的适应证、临床应用的优势及局限性,总结了输尿管软镜在治疗复杂性上尿路结石中存在的若干问题,进而对输尿管软镜在治疗复杂性上尿路结石中的应用情况进行了展望。Based on the development of flexible ureteroscope at home and abroad,the improvement of flexible ureteroscope and its auxiliary equipment were colligated and the treatment of complicated upper urinary tract calculi by flexible ureteroscope were analyzed. This paper sums up the flexible ureteroscope for the treatment of complicated upper urinary tract calculi clinical indications,advantages and limitations and summarizes some problems existing in the treatment of complicated upper urinary tract calculi,thus explaining the expectations of flexible ureteroscope.
