摘 要:本文针对现行风险管理框架体系、指引、标准存在的无法有效应对不可评估风险的问题,从企业能力角度重述了风险的内涵,构建了应对不可评估风险的弹性风险管理框架体系,创新性提出企业风险管理的实质是"守住底线"和"拓展空间",企业通过整合差异化管理活动——"创新性"活动和"效率性"活动,方能有效管理风险。本研究改变了风险管理的研究视角,从"由外而内"转变为"由内而外",研究重点从"损失控制"转变为"价值创造",研究理念从追求"稳定性"转变为追求"持续性",为解决既有风险管理理论面临的挑战提供了一个新的思路。Existing risk management theories, including all kinds of frameworks, guidelines and standards, are insufficient for dealing with risks difficult to assess. In responding to this defect, this paper redefines risk through the perspective of ability and outlines a framework for resilient risk management. The framework indicates that the essencesof risk management are the ability to sustain a threshold and the ability to expand development opportunities. And firms can achieve sustainable competitive advantage through the integration of two heterogeneous activities: productive activity and creative activity. The study's findings promote the revitalization of risk management theory through the transformation of research perspectives from an "outside-inside" to "inside-outside" approach, from a "loss control" to "value creation" research focus, and aconceptualization of risk management shifting from pursuing constancy to persistency. The resilient risk management framework makes for an effective response to the aforementioned challenges and provides a new blueprint for risk management.
