摘 要:针对聚合物减阻剂易于降解的问题,探讨聚氧化乙烯的减阻和机械降解规律。采用自行研制的旋转圆盘减阻率测试设备,辅以乌氏黏度计,通过研究水相减阻PEO的分子量、浓度、温度对减阻性能的影响,并探讨机械和超声降解引起的减阻率和溶液黏度变化。减阻聚合物的减阻效果与本身空间结构、流体的流动状态、聚合物浓度等有关。同环道系统的测试规律一致,PEO减阻率随旋转圆盘转速引起的雷诺数增加而增加。不同分子量的PEO均存在最佳减阻加剂浓度,高分子量的最佳加剂浓度要低于低分子量。温度升高,不利于没有侧链的PEO的减阻。PEO的降解过程是由外加能量的传递诱导自由基反应,机械降解过程在搅拌30 min后就不再明显;超声降解,随着时间的延长,降解比例不断提高。Polymer drag reduction agent was easy to be degraded during application,so it was necessary to investigate the process of PEO drag reduction( DR) and mechanical degradation. A rotating disk apparatus and Ubbelohde viscometer were used to investigate the influence of molecular weight,concentration,and temperature to DR. Also, mechanical degradation and ultrasonic degradation were studied. It was confirmed that DR was connected with molecular formation,flow regime,and concentration. Rotating disk apparatus was consistent to circular system through PEO reduction rate testing,where rotating velocity caused by the Reynolds number increases. PEO with bigger molecular weight would show lower optimum concentration than smaller molecular weight. With temperature increase,it was not suitable for PEO drag reduction,since there was no side chain in PEO main chains. Then,PEO degradation process was studied. Caused by the external transfer induced by free radical reaction energy,mechanical degradation in 30 min after mixing was slight. Ultrasonic degradation would increase with time consuming.
