摘  要:测定市售的9个不同产地炒决明子中无机元素的含量,旨在了解炒决明子中无机元素的整体概况。采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪检测9个产地的炒决明子中24种无机元素的含量,并采用SPSS 22.0对9个产地的炒决明子中无机元素的含量进行分析。结果炒决明子中Ca、K、P、Mg元素含量较高,Cd、Hg、Cu、Pb等重金属含量均符合标准,通过主成分分析选出6个主因子,并进一步得出Sr、P、Al、Mg、K、Zn、Ca、Cu等为炒决明子的特征元素,聚类分析结果显示9个产地的决明子聚为两大类,其中河北、山东、江苏、河南、浙江产地的炒决明子为一大类,山西、四川、湖北、安徽产地的炒决明子为一大类。结论:炒决明子富含Ca、K、P、Mg等元素,并且不同产地的炒决明子无机元素的含量存在一定的差异;微量元素的测定可为阐明炒决明子的作用机理提供一定的信息基础。Determination of the contents of the inorganic elements in prepared Semen Cassiae from nine different producing areas to understanding the general situation of inorganic elements in prepared Semen Cassiae. Using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) testing the content of 24 kinds of inorganic elements in nine areas of the detection of prepared Semen Cassiae,and using SPSS 22. 0 analysis the characteristic elements in prepared Semen Cassiae. Results: The contents of Ca,K,P and Mg in prepared Semen Cassiae were high,and the contents of heavy metals such as Cd,Hg,Cu and Pb were in line with the standard. Six main factors were selected by principal component analysis,and further Sr,Mg,K,Zn,Ca,Cu and so on. The results of cluster analysis showthat there are two major categories of cassia agglomeration in nine places,including Hebei,Shandong,Jiangsu,Henan and Zhejiang Class,Shanxi,Sichuan,Hubei,Anhui origin of the fried cassava for a large category. Conclusion: Fried cassia is rich in Ca,K,P,Mg and other elements,and different origin of prepared Semen Cassiae element inorganic content of the difference; trace elements can be used to clarify the mechanism of action.
