摘　　要：数字高程模型(Digital Elevation Model,DEM)是地理信息数据库中最为重要的空间信息资料之一,是构建国家空间数据基础设施的重要框架数据。结合某城市1∶2 000高精度DEM制作的生产实践,讨论了高精度DEM的制作方法,基于高精度DEM生产,说明了高精度DEM的质量策略。为制作高精度DEM指出了一条非常有效的途径,也为今后建立城市精细三维模型奠定了良好的基础。Digital Elevation Model（DEM）,one of the most important geospatial information data in GIS database,constitutes the essential framework data for National Spatial Data Infrastructure. Combined the 1∶2 000 scale high-accuracy DEM production practice of a certain city,this thesis argues on high-accuracy DEM making methods and illustrates high-accuracy DEM quality control strategies.This puts forward a very efficient way for high-accuracy DEM production,providing a good foundation for building precise 3D city model in future.
