心肌酶联合超敏C-反应蛋白检测对早期手足口病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨心肌酶联合超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测对早期手足口病的诊断价值。方法:选取42例早期手足口病患儿作为观察组,同时选择同期健康体检的40名健康儿童作为对照组,检测2组心肌酶以及hs-CRP水平。结果:观察组肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组高危患儿CK-MB、hs-CRP水平均高于一般患儿(P<0.01和P<0.05);手足口病患儿外周血血清CK、CK-MB水平与hs-CRP均呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:心肌酶联合hs-CRP检测早期手足口病诊断价值高,可用于病情预后评估,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of myocardial enzyme combined with high sensitivity C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP） in early hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods：Forty-two children with early hand-foot-mouth disease and 40 healthy children were divided into the observation group and control group,respectively. The levels of myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP in two groups were detected. Results：The levels of creatine kinase （ CK ） , creatine kinase isoenzyme （ CK-MB ） and hs-CRP in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0. 01）. The levels of CK-MB and hs-CRP in high risk children in observation group were higher than those in control group（P〈0. 01 and P〈0. 05）. The serum levels of CK and CK-MB in children with hand-foot-mouth disease were positively correlated with the level of hs-CRP（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions：The diagnostic value of myocardial enzyme combined with hs-CRP in early hand-foot-mouth disease is high,which can be used in evaluating the disease diagnosis,and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
