摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定消化胶囊中的7种成分——厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷。采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱,流动相为乙腈∶0.1%磷酸,线性梯度洗脱,检测波长225 nm。结果7种成分均能达到基线分离,且在相应范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.6%~99.8%,RSD为0.04%~0.81%。本法简便、快捷,结果稳定,可用于消化胶囊的质量控制。An HPLC method was established for the determination of seven constituents, magnolol, hinokiol, costunolide, dehydrocostus lactone, naringen, hesperidin and neohesperidin in Xiaohua capsules. An Hypersil ODS2 column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile ：0.1% phosphoric acid for linear gradient elution, at the detection wavelength of 225 nm. The results showed that all the seven components were well separated, and the calibration curves were linear in their corresponding ranges. Their average recoveries were 97.6 %-99.8 %, with RSDs of 0.04 %-0.81%. This method is simple and rapid, which can be used for the quality control of Xiaohua capsules.
