摘　　要：JSB5-L型湿式混凝土喷射机组集湿喷、搅拌和自行走装置于一体,全机共由9大部分组成,全部采用液压系统控制,可应用于煤矿等含有瓦斯的矿井。对机组进行了生产能力、回弹率、喷射强度等基本性能试验,均达到设计及规范要求。同时进行了混凝土喷射试验,确保机器各系统的可靠运行,改进降温系统,使油温控制在机器正常运行范围内。The JSB5-L wet concrete spraying unit is composed of nine large parts, all of which are controlled by hydraulic system and can be used in coal mine with gas and so on. In this paper, the unit production capacity, rebound rate, injection strength and other basic performance tests have reached the design and specification requirements. At the same time, the concrete injection test was conducted to ensure the reliable operation of the system and to improve the cooling system so that the oil temperature was controlled within the normal operation range of the machine.
