神东矿区防灭火管理现状与对策分析

摘　　要：基于神东矿区面临外因火灾、采空区自然发火和小窑火区威胁的现状,结合神东公司防灭火管理情况,给出了针对不同火灾类型的防治对策建议。认为神东矿区外因火灾管控难度大、采空区自然发火是长期威胁,小窑火区是现实突发威胁。神东公司建立健全防灭火组织机构、制定完善防灭火规章制度、超前风险预控评估火灾隐患和制定落实防灭火技术方案等措施,防灭火工作取得显著成效,但仍需针对不同火灾类型制定实施防灭火措施,加大火灾防控力度,以实现神东矿区的安全高效生产。Based on the status of Shendong Mining Area facing the threat of external cause fire, goaf spontaneous combustion and small coal mine fire area, combined with the situation of fire monitoring and management in Shendong Company, according to different types of fire, the suggestions for controlling countermeasures were given. It is found that external cause fire control is difficult, goaf spontaneous combustion is long-term threat, small coal mine fire area is real burst threat in Shendong Mining Area.Shendong Company established and improved the fire preventing and extinguishing organization, formulated and perfected the rules and regulations on fire preventing and extinguishing, evaluated fire hazard risk in advance and implemented scheme of fire preventing and extinguishing technology, fire preventing and extinguishing achieved remarkable achievement, but it still needs to implement fire prevention measures according to different types of fire to increase the intensity of fire prevention and control in order to realize the safe and efficient production of Shendong Mining Area.
