摘 要:针对我国煤矿安全生产的现状,对"十二五"期间煤矿事故的数据进行统计,从数量、类型、比例等因素对主要生产事故进行分析。其中,我国煤矿事故发生次数减少了856次、死亡人数减少1 385人、百万吨死亡率降低76%,但顶板事故和瓦斯事故仍然是导致煤矿灾害死亡的主要事故类型。分析煤矿行业现状并从国家法规、政府监察、煤企管理、员工素质及主要事故预防上提出对策,对促进"十三五"期间煤矿的安全可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。For the current situation of coal mine safety production in China, statistics of coal mine accidents during the"12 th five-year"period are carried out, we analyze the statistics in terms of quantity, type, proportion and other factors. Among them,the number of coal mine accidents in China decreased by 856 and the number of deaths decreased by 1 385, and the death rate of million of tons has been reduced by 76%, but, roof accidents and gas accidents are still the main accident types causing the death of coal mines. This paper analyzes the present situation of coal mine industry, and proposez some countermeasures from the aspects of national laws and regulations, government supervision, coal enterprise management, staff quality and prevention of major accidents, all these have important practical significance to promote the sustainable development of coal mine safety during the"13 th five-year"period.
