摘  要:为研究离子吸附型稀土矿在浸出过程中矿体的渗透系数和孔隙率的关系,对稀土试样进行室内渗透和测定孔隙率试验,进而分析矿体的内部孔隙和渗透的变化规律。在同种试验条件下重塑相同物理性质的渗透试样和测定孔隙率的试样进行试验。结果表明,纯水浸矿时,矿样的渗透率和孔隙率都出现先增大后平稳的变化规律。(NH_4)_2SO_4溶液浸矿后的矿样的渗透系数在有效浸矿时间内逐渐增大,同时孔隙率也出现同样的变化规律。最后对矿样的孔隙率和渗透系数变化进行拟合曲线得出,矿样的渗透系数与其孔隙率有极强的相关性,渗透系数随孔隙率的增大而增大。且(NH_4)_2SO_4溶液浸矿对矿样内部微观结构改变起到进一步加深作用,具体表现在矿样的孔隙率和渗透系数相对单纯水作用下进一步增大。To study the relationship between permeability coefficient and porosity of ore body in the ion - type rare earth leaching process, experiment on the permeability and porosity of rare earth samples in the room was conducted, and then the change law of the internal pore and permeability was analyzed. The same physical properties of permeability and porosity sam- ple were reconstructed under the same experimental conditions. The results showed that permeability coefficient and porosity dramatically increased at first and then increased smoothly in the pure water leaching. The permeability coefficient increased in the effective leaching time after the ammonium sulfate solution leaching, at the sime time,the porosity of ore sample shows the same change rule. At the end of fitting curves between the permeability coefficient and porosity of ore body, the permeability co- efficient has a strong correlation with the porosity, the permeability coefficient increases with the increase of porosity. Also the ammonium sulfate solution promoted the change of interior micro structure of ore body, which resulted in permeability coeffi- cient and porosity of ore sample further increasing.
