摘 要:通过碳酸铈和山梨酸反应制得山梨酸铈,通过红外光谱和元素分析确定了山梨酸铈的分子式为Ce(SA)3;由山梨酸铈、混炼胶和硫化胶的扫描电镜图得出,粒径较大的山梨酸铈经过混炼后,山梨酸铈粒径有所减小,而硫化之后在橡胶中的粒径明显减小,达到很好的分散效果,且与橡胶基体的相界面作用增强;将山梨酸铈通过掺混法加入到天然橡胶中,研究了其对天然橡胶性能的影响:添加山梨酸铈后可以明显提高胶料交联密度和硫化胶交联程度,橡胶的力学性能也有明显改善,山梨酸铈在橡胶中起到补强作用。In this paper, cerium sorbate is received from reaction of cerium carbonate and sorbic acid, Ce (SA)3 is deter- mined via infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis; the cerium sorbate, compounds and vulcanizates' SEM figure conclu- ded that the size of larger particle after mixing had been reduced and the size was significantly reduced after vulcanization , which achieved good dispersion effect and strengthened rubber matrix phase; cerium sorbate was added by mixing method to NR, and its impact on the properties of NR was invesigated. The result shows that adding cerium sorbate can significantly im- prove the crosslinking degree of the compounds and vulcanized rubber, the mechanical properties of NR have been improved, and cerium sorbate acts a reinforcement role in rubber.
