摘　　要：基于我国30个省(市、区)2000~2014年省级面板数据,实证研究了强制性制度变迁、诱致性制度变迁、对外开放和区际开放影响我国经济增长的机理及其效应,研究发现:(1)强制性制度变迁和诱致性制度变迁都显著地促进了我国经济的快速增长,全面深化改革、加快制度创新是经济新常态下重塑我国经济增长动力的关键所在;(2)对外开放对我国经济增长具有显著的正向影响,区际开放则显著阻碍了我国经济的快速增长,对外开放和区际开放对我国经济增长具有异质性的影响,因此,有必要出台鼓励我国区际间贸易的优惠政策,依托国内巨大市场规模发展我国区际间的贸易,进而实现我国外易和内贸的协同发展;(3)研究还表明,人力资本积累、创新、产业结构调整和全要素生产率是制度质量和贸易开放影响我国经济增长的内在机理,其中人力资本积累是其中重要的传导机制。This paper discusses the double system （mandatory institutional change and induced institutional change） and double opening mechanism （ opening to the outside world and interregional opening） and the influence of the effect on growth of economy in our country. The empirical study on the mandatory institutional change and induced institutional change and influence the economic growth of our country opening to the outside world and interregional opening mechanism and its effect based on our country＇s 30 provinces （ city, district） in 2000 to 2014 provincial panel data. The study found that, firstly, mandatory institutional change and induced institutional change has significantly contributed to the rapid growth of the economy in our country, the comprehensive deepening reform and accelerating the system innovation is the economy under the new normal reshape the key to China＇s economic growth momentum. Secondly, opening to the outside world has significant positive influence on economic growth in China, the interregional opening significantly hindered the rapid growth of the economy in our country, the opening to the outside world and interregional opening influence on economic in China have heterogeneity, therefore, it is necessary to introduce preferential policies to encourage China＇s interregional trade between, relying on the huge domestic market scale development of interregional trade between our country, and realize the coordinated development of the yi and domestic trade in China. Thirdly, research also suggests that human capital accumulation and innovation, the industrial structure adjustment and total factor productivity is a system of quality and the inner mechanism of the open trade influence economic growth in China, including the transmission mechanism of human capital accumulation is important.
