非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的制备及其性能研究

摘　　要：以沥青、粉末丁苯橡胶、脱硫胶粉、增塑剂、耐热改性剂等主要原料制备了非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料,并探讨了粉末丁苯橡胶、脱硫胶粉、增塑剂、耐热改性剂用量对非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料性能的影响。本研究制备的非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料耐高低温性能好、永不固化、黏结性强、自愈能力强,具有非常良好的蠕变能力。Non-cured rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating is prepared by asphalt, power SBR, desulfurized rubber powder, plasticizer, heat-resistant modifer as main raw materials. The article discusses the dosage of powder SBR, desulfurized rubber powder, plasticizer, heat-resistant modifer on the performance of non-cured rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating. The produced coating never gets cured and has excellent high and low temperature resistance, strong bonding property, self healing and creeping abilities.
