密封胶用于EPDM防水卷材搭接的应用研究

摘　　要：对比了4种常用密封胶对EPDM防水卷材的剥离粘结性,确定了EPDM防水卷材搭接的最佳密封胶和搭接工艺。结果表明,SIPE密封胶与EPDM防水卷材粘结性能最好,经基面处理剂处理后可实现100%内聚破坏,搭接适宜长度为20~30 mm,搭接厚度≤5 mm,可作为EPDM防水卷材基底胶和搭接胶的两用胶。Peeling properties of four types of common sealants with Ethylene-Propylene-Diene monomer （EPDM） waterproofing membrane were compared, and the optimum sealant and lapping process were determined. Results showed that the bonding performance between SIPE sealant and EPDM waterproofing membrane was the best, adhesion property could reach 100% CF after treated with base treatment agent. The suitable lap length and lap thickness were 20-30 mm and ≤5 mm respectively. It could be used as both base and lap sealants for EPDM waterproofing membrane.
