辽宁航空物流产业发展对策研究

摘　　要：国家发改委、交通运输部和民用航空局联合发布的《中国民用航空发展第十三个五年规划》中指出辽宁省6地将改扩建或新建迁建机场。《辽宁省国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》中也提到要建设航空枢纽,在2016年,辽宁省获批自贸区,可见十三五期间,辽宁省航空物流产业将会迎来快速发展。本文正是基于此,分析辽宁省航空物流产业的现状及存在问题,并针对问题和即将迎来的机遇,提出了辽宁省发展航空物流产业的对策建议。Jointly issued by the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of transport and civil aviation authority ＂ China civil aviation development thirteenth five year plan＂ pointed out in Liaoning province 6 extensions or a new airport relocation. ＂ Liaoning province national economic and social development of the thirteenth five year plan＂ is also required in the construction of an aviation hub.In 2016, Liaoning Province approved the FTA, visible during 13 th Five-Year, Liaoning aviation logistics industry will usher in rapid development. Based on this, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of Liaoning aviation logistics industry, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of aviation logistics industry in Liaoning province.
