沈阳空巢老人社会支持的对策和建议研究

摘　　要：人口老龄化是世界也是中国迫切需要面对的一个现实问题。沈阳市不仅是一个人口老龄化社会,而且是名副其实的深度老龄化和高龄化社会。尊老根本是保证老人们有一个高品质的晚年生活。如何使老人们的生活更有保障,是政府部门必须认真思考的问题。为此,建议沈阳市政府从政策法规、财政支持、组织协调、生活照护、精神赡养问题等方面给沈阳市的空巢老人们以必要的社会支持,保证他们的晚年生活夕阳无限红。The aging of population is a real problem that the world needs to face. Shenyang is not only a population aging society, but also a deep aging and old aging society. Respect for the old is basically to ensure that the old people have a high quality of life in their old age. How to make the life of the old people more secure is the problem that the government departments must think seriously. Therefore, it is suggested that the Shenyang government should give the necessary social support to the empty nesters in Shenyang from the aspects of policy, financial support, organization coordination, life care and spiritual support, so as to ensure that the sunset of their old age is infinite.
