摘 要:高烈度艰险山区交通生命线工程在强震中遭受严重破坏,震后如何进行公路重建的防灾选线是一个难点。结合汶川地震后G213线映汶路重建工程,利用地理信息系统及交通遥感技术,建立了强震后高烈度艰险山区公路重建防灾选线技术,主要包括:计算综合地质灾害指数、测评自然边坡抗震稳定性、测评沿线河谷抗震稳定性及综合测评路线走廊的防灾稳定性;提出了强震后高烈度艰险山区公路重建防灾选线的十字方针,即"绕避、穿越、拦挡、治理、留存";运用防灾选线技术及方针,制定了老虎嘴崩塌体路段公路重建防灾选线方案。研究成果可为高烈度艰险山区强震后交通基础工程的恢复重建和防灾选线技术提供支持。Highways are often severely damaged during strong shock in mountainous area with high intense earthquake,how to select the route of highway rehabilitation after earthquake is a tough issue.Based on the re-construction works of the G213 Yingxiu-Wenchuan highway after the Wenchuan earthquake,using geographic information system and transportation remote sensing technology,the technologies for selection of highway route for reconstruction and disaster prevention after strong shock in dangerous mountain areas with high intense earthquake are established,which mainly include calculating comprehensive index of geological disasters,evaluating natural slope seismic stability,assessing seismic stability and comprehensive assessment route corridor along the river valley of disaster prevention stability,and the principle for route selection is proposed which is "detour and passing around,passing over,block and retaining,treatment and managing,preserve and remaining",and based on the route selection principle,the reconstruction scheme for the Laohuzui collapse section is prepared.The research results can provide support for infrastructure reconstruction and disaster prevention after earthquakes in dangerous mountainous areas.
