摘 要:针对桥面伸缩缝混凝土易在服役期内发生结构性和非结构性破坏,且存在修补后开放交通时间偏长、耐久性较差和施工工艺复杂的问题,采用粉煤灰、偏高岭土和硅灰及其他外加剂通过地聚合缩聚反应制备一种应用于桥面伸缩缝混凝土快速修补的地聚合物基快速修补材料,并对其混凝土力学性能、界面黏结性能、氯离子扩散系数等性能参数进行测试。结果表明,所制备的地聚合物混凝土修补材料具有快凝早强和优良界面黏结性能等特点,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)微观和IR图谱分析表明,由于地聚合缩聚反应和惰性微颗粒的填充效应,地聚合物混凝土具有致密连续的微观空间结构。In view of the structural and non-structural failure of bridge deck expansion joint concrete in the service period and the problems of long repair time,poor durability and complex construction process,a kind of geopolymer-based rapid repair material that applied to the bridge expansion joint concrete is produced under the effect of condensation polymerization by the solid fly ash,metakaolin,silica fume and other admixtures.The properties of the concrete mechanical properties,bonding performance between new and old concrete,and chloride diffusion coefficient of geopolymer-concrete are tested.The results show that the rapid repair geopolymer-concrete has the advantages of quick setting,early strength and good interfacial bonding.The results of the scanning electron microscope(SEM)and graph analytics of IR indicate that the geopolymer-concrete has micro compact and continuous structure as the result of the filling effect of inactivated Inert particles and condensation polymerization.
