摘  要:以低温燃烧合成法制备了Ba_xNa_yY_zF_(2x+y+3z+3 m):Er_m^(3+)上转换荧光粉,通过X射线衍射仪和扫描式电子显微镜对荧光粉的物相及形貌进行分析,采用正交实验法得出最佳配方。通过测试Er^(3+)和Y^(3+)掺杂浓度不同的样品的上转换发光性能,研究了掺杂浓度对红绿光上转换的影响。结果表明:增大Y^(3+)的掺杂浓度,有利于绿光上转换过程;增大Er^(3+)的掺杂浓度,有利于红光上转换过程。Up-conversion phosphor BaxNayYzF2x+y+3z+3m :Er^3+ mis synthesized by low-temperature combustion synthesis method.The phase and morphology of the phosphor are analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy,and the optimal formula is obtained by orthogonal experiment.The effects of doping concentration of Er^3+ and Y^3+ ions on green and red up-conversion is studied by measuring the up-conversion luminescence property of samples with different doping concentrations.The results show that increasing the doping concentration of Y3+ion is beneficial to green up-conversion luminescence,increasing the doping concentration of Er^3+ ion is beneficial to red up-conversion luminescence.
