发展颠覆性创新的导向策略研究

摘　　要：颠覆性创新是深入实施创新驱动发展战略,推动产业结构升级,加快建设创新型国家的重要科技创新发展路径。在基于前人研究颠覆性创新概念的基础上,结合我国科技发展现状与未来趋势,提出颠覆性创新"本土化"新内涵,并基于颠覆性创新发展的全过程,以创新主体和发展路径为两维坐标,将颠覆性创新按照创新链、产业链和时间链划分为四类需求,并构建颠覆性创新因果关系模型,系统分析颠覆性创新关键要素的相互作用机理,形成"探索一代、研发一代、生产一代"的创新发展新格局,并提出了我国颠覆性创新发展的导向策略思考与建议。Disruptive innovation is the efficient path to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development, which could upgrade the industry and accelerate construction of innovation type of nation. Based on the previous studies of disruptive innovation and practical situation of science and technology in China, we put up with a new concept of disruptive innovation, which is fit for development demand of China. Put the innovation subject and development path as X-axis and Y-axis, four kinds of demands is divided by innovation chain and time chain. Furthermore, causality model of disruptive innovation is built, which can make a systemic analysis of the function mechanism of key elements. With the above study, innovation development pattern of ＂exploring one generation, developing one generation and production one generation＂ is constructed, and innovation-oriented strategies and suggestions are put forward.
