摘　　要：【目的】剖析江苏省科技期刊人才结构和办刊资源现状,为深入研究办刊能力等提供基础资料。【方法】统计分析江苏省新闻出版广电局2011—2015年期刊年检数据。【结果】江苏省科技期刊人才结构以编辑为核心,编辑学历层次不断提升,职称结构不断优化,内部管理各项制度完备;主管、主办单位普遍多元化,出版单位以非法人编辑部为主。【结论】应当进一步加强培养复合型人才,引进专家,推进科技期刊规模化、集群化发展。[Purposes]This study aims to explore current situation of talent structure and periodical resources of scientific journals in Jiangsu Province and provide basic data for relevant further research. [Methods] Data of annual inspection by Jiangsu Administration of Press and Publication,Radio,Film and Television from 2011 to 2015 w ere analyzed. [Findings] Editors are in central status in scientific journals of Jiangsu Province. The education levels and the professional ranks and titles of the editors are improved. Rules and regulations on talent management are being completed. Most journals are sponsored by more than one institutions,and a majority of the editorial departments are not legal entities. [Conclusions]Inter-disciplinary and high-professionaltitled experts should be introduced in further steps. Scaled and clustered development of scientific journals should be further improved.
