摘　　要："新面貌"军事改革及之后的整改措施,成就了俄罗斯联邦武装力量的现状,一支规模适度和编制结构合理的常备军已整体建成,不断更新的武器装备标志着武装力量的新质发展,完善的军事教育训练体制则推动武装力量战力的迅速提升。收复克里米亚过程中的军事行动,参与乌克兰东部武装冲突,在叙利亚发起进攻性军事行动,这些军事实践显示出改革后俄军的强大战斗力。对"新面貌"改革,必须考虑俄罗斯武装力量建设和军事实践的整体情况,从军事体制发展的成果、付出的代价和所受的制约等多个方面加以科学评估,以期借鉴经验,吸取教训。'New look'military reform and after rectification measures resulted in the current situation of the Russian federation armed forces,i.e a modest size and the reasonable structure of the standing army has been built,the update of weapons and equipment marked the new development of armed forces,perfect military education and training system is driving force of the armed forces in rapid ascension.The involvement of armed conflict in eastern Ukraine and the launching of offensive military operations in Syria demonstrated the strength of the Russian armed forces after the reform.Evaluation of the military reform should base on the construction of the Russian armed forces,military practice,the results of military system development,the reform costs and restrictions in order to draw lessons from'New look'reform.
