犀角地黄汤苦寒药配伍探析

摘　　要：犀角地黄汤,温病大家叶天士将其列为温病热入血分证的代表方,并沿用至今,具有清热解毒、凉血散瘀之功效。文章首先对其方源、组方技巧稍做论述,随后重点对该方在实际应用中如何配伍苦寒之品进行概括,即血热未漫者应慎用,气分有热者宜择用,热毒炽盛者需加用。Rhino Horn and Rehmannia Decoction,which was appointed representative decoction for the phase of heat spreading into blood in febrile disease by Ye Tianshi,the master of febrile disease,has the function of clearing heat,detoxifying,cooling blood,and dissipating blood stasis. It is still quite popular in nowadays. This article will firstly make a brief analysis on its origin and law of combination,and then talk about how to co-use the herbs of bitter and cold. For example,they should be cautiously used when heat stays only in blood without spreading out,be selectively used when blood heat spread into qi area,and be definitely used when intense toxic heat spreads.
